The Mercer Island Farmers Market is an all-volunteer, community-based organization. It is the goal of our 2008 pilot season to develop critical relationships with local sponsors and small farmers to establish a strong foundation for the future.
We need your help to make our market a success.
Contributions help run the market, educate the public about sustainable agriculture and build interconnections in our community. We pay to advertise and promote the market, to provide educational and entertaining events and to cover other general operating expenses. When you support Mercer Island Farmers Market, you support local small business, the preservation of Washington farms and growers, and your local community.
